About the role

As a Client Relationship Manager at TorFX, you will:

• Be the first point of contact for new clients engaging with TorFX
• Educate and introduce clients to our products and services
• Assist new clients in opening their account with TorFX
• Work within a lively team of experienced Client Relationship Managers, consistently developing your knowledge through teamwork and collaboration
• Provide and uphold an exceptional level of customer service

About you

We are looking for someone with:

• An excellent phone manner
• A strong work ethic and a team player
• Sales and/or telesales experience would be preferable
• Good organisational skills
• The ability to operate with autonomy as well as embrace teamwork

Account Manager

As an Account Manager at TorFX, you will:

• Facilitate currency transfers for your portfolio of clients
• Manage relationships with existing clients as well as onboarding new clients
• Identify opportunities within your portfolio
• Work within a team of experienced Account Managers, consistently developing your knowledge through teamwork and collaboration
• Provide and uphold an exceptional level of customer service

About you

We are looking for someone with:

• Strong sales experience and a proven track record of achieving targets
• Excellent communication skills
• Confidence working with numbers
• A team player with a strong work ethic
• Good organisational skills
• The ability to operate with autonomy as well as embrace teamwork

Previous experience in the financial services industry would be an advantage, though not essential.
